:bulletpink:`nikosalpha: Photo is lighted by a horizontally oriented softstripe right above mouth. Softstripe provides soft light horizontally but sharp and hard vertically. That means that you can have all desired contrast and details on skin and under the lips. You can even see the reflection of the softstripe on honey on lower lip. If you only have a softbox it is easy to simulate the softstripe light by covering most of the softbox with newspapers.


Equipment used is Nikon D80 with the sigma 105mm F2.8 1:1 macro lens on. Shutter speed 1/200 (sync speed), aperture value F/18 and ISO set on 100.


Postwork is applied heavily. White skin is achieved with bright make-up and Photoshop. Skin retouched but not softened. A lot of Dodging and Burning.
